Tomorrow is Halloween, hope that everyone have plans for your trick or treat sessions. Because we are not open today, and still wish to trick or treat me today instead of tomorrow, I will be in Swee Lee Music Cafe, Scape, Level 3 to be the emcee for KTVClub Idol 2010.

Pre-Halloween Skin for my Post ^_^...

One of my customer which after that become a really good friend is Richard Ong. He is one of those one look and you know that he is a boss. I was working about 4 years ago, when I was still in HSR outlet. I did something which I thought I really like, something more corporate and out of the agent’s side of design.

Perhaps it is something “my style”. He didn’t change much, only feel that it is so nice and didn’t want to touch any of the elements and approve the design to print right away. :) Thanks Buddy!

PriceList for 4th Quarter 2010

Hi Everyone, we have updated our pricelists for the 4th Quarter of 2010. Due to various friends and clients who requested that a updated / printable pricelist can be uploaded so that they can recommend their friends to print with us. I hereby say a big THANK YOU to everyone ^_^. Hopefully they also read my blog everyday to find out more about us and also the unique parts of us.

The pricelist can be clicked on and a bigger version can be downloaded on to your computer by doing a click on the pricelist image below, and then right click > save picture as > to download the full size printable image. You can also email me to update me your updated email address so that the newsletter can be sent to your email to update you on more news of promotions that can save you a couple hundred bucks :)

Oh yeah, we are also back from our Convention and all 5 outlets are also full operational to serve you.

Our Boss is on the table cover....

The company that I was attached to longest is HSR, and over there frankly speaking I had my highs and lows. It was mostly smooth sailing and I really made alot of friends working over there, perhaps with my nonsensical speech and not to mention that I as really childish in the past, shooting comments at every single thing that I am not happy with. Thus I have two extremes type of customers....One who really loathe me, and the other loves me so much.

This is the sort of 1 day design brochure, yeah I did this in like 6 hours. The amendments took a week (!), and lastly we got to source for a happy family photo, and guess who we have to place in there?... So those who know us as a whole >_< Gasps....Yeah our boss is on the cover... Haha!

Something I made for my Jiemei :D

There are times that I didn’t devote myself to doing real-estate related stuff, and that is to do up logos for different groups and companies that has engaged us with their corporate identities. One of the company is CSI, which is the company set up by a close friend of mine, Kacey.

Kacey was someone which we clicked at once, and we just can’t stop talking once we meet up and the last meeting was memorable, full of juicy details about her life and grumbles about her company, however I guess now, everything is smooth sailing. Was happy that I can be part of her startup creation in her company.

Gambling? Hold on a second...Look for Lynne! :P

There was a hype about gambling in singapore when the news of Marina Sands and Resort World Sentosa that sparks the “Don’t Gamble On Your Next Real Estate Transaction” Series that I have done for my clients.

Brought it up to Lynne and she liked the idea alot and with some experiments done on the layout, including “protruding” texts and some typography “breakthroughs” Lol...looking back...it was a breakthrough in Real Estate Based Postcards....Oh well...

Lynne! We know each other for 4 years le looking back...HAHA...anyway thanks for your support.

Today Show off one brochure from my "Jie Jie" Enjoy! :)

Was conceptualising about Leopard Prints...and was using the leopard before but i guess she think that the leopard is not FIERCE enough...:) Therefore changed to a lion. 

Oh well I didn’t change it, I think I was away at that time...It was so long ago...LOL Anyway I really like the size of this flyer...It is still a A5 however, the cut size is very much different. It is a short side cut to make it a Longer Version of A5. (A5L)

Did I say that the Show-Off series is a set of ideas to show off the works that I like throughout my years in this company....

Yeap this is my favourite flyer on 128gsm paper, Codenamed Brochure in our company :)

Jonathan Koh is someone who loves new stuff, and innovative as he is to his business and career. He gave me lots of room to show my creativity, I was conceptionising his postcard one day and came up with this. He is a fan for DL sized postcards, and printed alot of stuff. I will be flooding the whole pages just to share about his postcards that I have done. Innovative and zen, my kind of things...

Once a while we will come across artworks of postcards and flyers of designs that we have done and it even strikes into the heart of the designer a.k.a "cough cough" me...and it can be shown to everyone as a example of perhaps a really good marketing idea. Hi Everyone,

I am reinstating this blog after some failed attempts to revive it last year...so I'll start with this month I guess it has been a hectic one year since I took over the ERA outlet just opposite of Hersing. Hopefully I have made more friends then enemies >_<.
